Company Overview

Birthed out of a passion to service the corporate community and residents by providing a unique, yet distinct form of professional cleaning, Sparkles Maintenance was founded in November 2009, by Joyce Johnson.

Unlike many professional cleaning services, Sparkles Maintenance was established to provide a custom, client-focused service to ensure that clients receive the best, quality cleaning that offers a multiplicity of services, while utilizing the most eco-friendly products.  Hence, the company’s mission: to provide professional service distinguished by quality and integrity, with particular attention placed on clients schedule, budgets and priorities

The aim and goal is to be as accommodating as possible to the client to ensure they obtain the utmost satisfaction, not just with the cleanliness of their facility/business/residence, but because Sparkles Maintenance was able to meet their scheduling and budgetary needs.  

Additionally, Sparkles Maintenance has obtained the necessary business certifications and licenses to operate as a top quality cleaning service.  The company is fully bonded and insured.  Also, the company holds a certification as a Minority Women Business Enterprise with the Federal Government.   

Sparkles Maintenance also prides itself on not only being client-friendly, but eco-friendly, as well.  Our company only uses eco-friendly products when cleaning a facility or residence.  Our company understands that many of clients may be allergic to some of the harsh chemicals in cleaning products; therefore, we do our best to reduce the exposure and use of such products.
